Hi family and friends. Thought we would start a bit of a blog/diary/photo journal of the next big adventure, mostly about life and times of Edward Wilbur, from where we are about to be living on Lihir island, PNG.

So far in his first couple of months Ed has been a bit on the busy side, going everywhere from an Australia Day citizenship ceremony at St Kilda to having a night out in the Cross. Last week he met a few new mates up in Orange (Levi, Marcus, Lara), and old ones, and caught up with his Lord-sided cousins in the blue mountains, literally filling his pants with excitement (or was it the twin's motorised swing that cause that?).

We've got 3 weeks until we head to our new home. Stay tuned for our reports once we get there. In the meantime hopefully we'll catch you before we leave at our farewell melbourne barbie on the 14th, or out and about in sydney/melbourne/armidale/cairns until we leave.
